BACKGROUND: It has been my very good fortune to work with a number of for-profit and not-for-profit organizations over many years. Through progressive and successive executive leadership roles and senior leadership positions in IT, Business Operations, Market Research and Product Development as well as Strategic Planning, Organizational Development and CEO. What I like most is a really sticky problem to work on; one that requires collaboration among many experts to solve. It is energizing to work with others to transform ideas into action and to make a real difference. My skill is to leverage Lean methodologies and tools to facilitate such collaborative efforts and lead the group to successful implementation of ideas that really matter and meaningful, sustainable results.
