When I worked at QC, I studied all of the purposes and principles of tests that I conducted for troubleshooting and investigation of lab errors and OOS/OOT. So I conducted an informal laboratory investigation for lab error and OOS/OOT. And then I made the report for that. In addition, I participated in the TF team for the improvement of the LIMS and changed the lab worksheet from paperwork to electronic one. Through these activities, I improved the workflows, and as a result, I reduced the whole working time and man-hours of the team by about 30%.   In 2019, I moved to QA because I want to expand my career experience and I working form that time. Based on my career, I’m conducting not only management deviation and OOS/OOT, but also leading investigations for the lab and all manufacturing processes when occurring deviation. Furthermore, as a suggestion and review CAPAs based on risk assessment, I prevent the occurrence same case of deviation. Also, through regular and occasional self-audit, I’m continuously eliminating risk factors that can affect drug quality and leading and driving improvement activities.   I want to call myself like self-learner because I always study for getting insight into my work and solving the problem in occurring on manufacturing area and lab. It makes me a high performer, and I could give my hand to my co-worker that doesn’t have any experience in QC. So My co-workers and I trust each other, and we can concentrate on our goals. In addition, I always try to find the meaning of my work and continuously get motivation at this. Also, I’m regarding all the difficult situations, trouble, and problems when I face in working as an opportunity to develop my career. This attitude is help contribute to developing the quality of the drug.   I have work experience in both QC and QA. It makes me a high performer.
