As an Experience Design Manager, I spend the majority of my time on the tools – planning and running client workshops and research activities or supporting my design teams of up to 12 members. Building high-performing project teams and creating a positive environment where each member can deliver their best work is what I strive for every day. Aside from day-to-day project delivery, I co-lead the Learning & Development pillar at Deloitte Digital, up-skilling the national UX Design practice. I have also been involved in the Coaching & Mentoring pillar – running panel discussions on Personal Branding, and creating resources to help other consultants across Deloitte Digital set strategic project goals in pursuit of their career vision.
