  Hello, my name is Kacper. I am business professional who gained his experience working in companies around the world. Born and raised in Poland, I moved to USA right after high school. After completing my Bachelor's degree in Management, I started my adventure in Netherlands where I helped manage employment office. My road back to USA lead me first to my home country Poland where I went back to sales environment. During those two years I learned important lessons on how to start,build and manage business relationship in sales environment. After almost 6 years in Europe I have decided to move back to America. First I was hired by Kimco as a Project Support Manager. I was responsible for managing janitorial projects on one of the company's biggest accounts. After several months I was promoted to help manage janitorial services on Verizon account. My main responsibilities were: managing janitorial teams, conducting training and auditing stores to assure quality of services, creating standards and procedures. After a while I was presented an opportunity to move to California where I was hired by Verizon as a Sr. Facilities Analyst. Since 2018 I am responsible for overseeing retail properties in Greater Los Angeles market. I am responsible for managing day to day operations, short and long term projects. I work closely with several departments to plan and execute initiatives for retail locations. I also manage vendors and I oversee billing to ensure that work isdone in compliance with company rules.
