I am someone that is interested in achieving all-around fitness, I lift weights, perform calisthenics, run, cycle, and swim regularly. Though I may not be very competent at any one of those things now I strive to slowly get better at them while doing it safely to avoid injury. Hence, I love learning online about the science of exercise and how knowledge in the field can be used to make training more effective and safe for all. Having had shin splints and shoulder dislocation and surgery I learned the hard way the importance of training smart rather than only training hard and through getting the chance to consult with a physiotherapist because of my injuries I gained experience and knowledge in rehabbing from injuries and methods to train safely. From there it sparked an interest in learning about how to train effectively using science and anatomy through platforms that teach this type of knowledge like Athlean-x and PJF performance which I am still learning from today. I am also obsessed with being the best that I can be, I listen to and read books about self-improvement and productivity to see how I can apply these skills into my life as I believe productivity is a soft skill that can benefit me regardless of what I end up becoming. Being focused and aware of what's on my plate at all times are just some of the soft skills that I am working on to improve my ability to be efficient and effective when it comes to getting work done in school and personal commitments. I am open to hearing and learning from whatever constructive feedback people may have about me all in the effort to get better each day.
