I'm a certified Executive Coach through Henley Business School and a certified Health Coach with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I'm currently enhancing my skills by studying for a MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change, also through Henley Business School. Using my extensive experience in marketing and communications, having held senior leadership positions in several large organisations, I also help leaders to articulate their vision, hone their message and emotionally connect with others through storytelling. On a personal level, well-being is my journey to becoming healthier and happier in my body, mind and soul so that I can experience more joy and spaciousness every day. It is a commitment to living a life that fills me up and is an ongoing practice of learning and discovery.
