These years offer a unique composure of things that’s once were at its foods conception . It will offer a strength in things that have been lost or not shared to be carried on. Waging ways and setting sail for opportunities that’s have been masked because of previous years circumstances. It is easy to see what’s in front of us which blends the perfect way of behind us and jumping into tomorrow. It has truly prevailed into an innovation that we may see but only be lucky enough to never grasp. I've been in the hospitality industry for thirty years and run a clean, organized, forward thinking hospitality group. My style of food is organic based, farm to table, seafood driven with fresh fruits and vegetables. Modern American Cuisine. Front of the house always is shown that a relaxed understand manner with poise and education of what is being presented with weaving in one’s own personality makes a solid foundation of great service. I started as a dishwasher in restaurants and have worked every position to Executive Chef and Food and Beverage Director. Upon doing the necessary research within this job market I have also received a culinary degree from the California School of Culinary Arts LeCordon Bleu located in Pasadena, California. I have experienced many different facets of this business in cooking, creating, and managing. Fortunately I have had great exposure, mentoring, and success to keep myself inspired and moving into the future trends. I believe I offer a unique attitude, talent, detail and sense of humor that is demanded in this forever change industry. I thoroughly enjoy the fact that no matter how long I work at this I will never stop growing or becoming dormant. More importantly, I enjoy the special bond you get from both culinary team and patron and how they all interact. It is a rare and special relationship that not many other careers offer. Currently I have moved to the Great Northwest, in Eugene, Oregon. I am part of a team opening an Urban Event Center, Venue 252. This is a large scale 22,000 sq. ft. facility. It is an evolving concept in the hospitality business field that will push food, service and design into the forever changing future. I look forward to the ever changing challenges this industry offers in myself, others and of course what ever Mother Nature dishes out.
