Kevin brings four decades of executive leadership experience in commercial real estate to Willow. Throughout his 28-year tenure at CBRE, he was a top leader and producer, as reflected by his being a 4-time recipient of CBRE’s ‘Beban’ Teamwork award: CBRE's highest award for individuals demonstrating excellence in service and leadership. Most recently, Kevin held the position of Executive Vice President and Global Head of Corporate Development at Brookfield. Here, he led the introduction of their Venture Capital offering, including strategic investments in Convene, Industrious, Procore, and VTS. He also led large-scale HQ real-estate deals with commercial partners, such as EY’s 800,000-square-foot One Manhattan West in New York City. It was during his time at Brookfield that Kevin first became a customer of Willow’s. Impressed by Willow’s combination of vision, products, and people, he seized the opportunity to join the company. Working with Willow’s executive leadership team, he accelerates growth through three primary channels: customers and prospects, strategic partners, and capital markets.
