Kevin Marsh’s Expertise Kevin is an expert in preference research and decision analysis, in particular in relation to clinical study design, benefit risk assessment and health technology assessment. Kevin completed his PhD at the University of Bath, specialising in economic valuation techniques. After a year at Oxford University, Kevin joined The Matrix Knowledge Group in London where he built their economics practice. He joined Evidera in April 2012 to director the EU Modelling and Simulation Team. Since then he has taken a number of roles in Evidera's Patient Centred Research (PCR) team, including: establishing and leading the Patient Preference Team, leading PCR commercial and product development strategy, and most recently as PCR co-lead. Alongside his work at Evidera, he has taken a number of leadership roles at ISPOR, including: chairing the Health Preference Special Interest Group, co-chaired the ISPOR Taskforce on the use of MCDA in health care decision-making, and co-chairing the working group on the use of preference data in Europe. He is currently a member of ISPOR's taskforce on quantitative benefit risk assessment. He had been on the faculty for short-courses at ISPOR and SMDM.
