With a limited budget, and scarce resources we were able to produce benefits of standardizing pricing, eliminating unauthorized discounts, and improving the collaboration between previously siloed groups - ✓ Delivered a Salesforce platform tool that managed the timely billing of un-billed revenue. Where previously this was done via a spreadsheet with manual efforts, the system allowed for tracking, reporting, and escalation of cases. This has a great effect of decreasing in the annual cost of capital and in the number of accruals “falling through the cracks” which ultimately led to an increase in timely, billed revenue I pursued the business process improvement in my career, more especially with the Salesforce platform, after working with several companies and observing the gaps and manual steps in their processes. I recognized the lack of process and manual processes break down at critical moments, which at time cost the company in lost sales, or poor customer experience. Salesforce is easy to configure in order to provide immediate solutions to many of these business problems. I enjoy improving business processes, refining them at every stage where we can eliminate waste and provide value for the end users, and customers of an organization. Business process improvement is not just about implementing processes, but also changing the hearts and minds of employees at an organization.
