I have successfully helped developed innovative ways to encourage maximum development of student-athletes, through the implementation of a “Total Program,” which emphasizes areas such as a strong athletic tutoring program, continuous Leadership and Character development programs, and the implementation of sports science into every aspect of our off and on the field training.
