Proper stacking of the material with proper identification. •Manpower allocate for smoothly work. •Coordination with sales people for order processing. •Maintaining stock inward & outward records. •Interaction with transporter for arranging vehicle for shipment. •To followup with transporters for undeliver shipment, provide customer contact no. or regional sales person no. & ensure material deliver is to be same day. •To check the physically inventory daily or weekly basis & ensure to correct figure matching with SAP •Dispatch the LR copy & invoice to customer & track the record maintain inn system. •Track all of the dispatch detail & inform to customer as per query. •Check all transport bills related to dispatch. •Involve in inward , sales return inward, production allocation.
