In this role, I served as a field specialist where I created tools & utilities, developed collateral & blogs as well as served as an escalation point for field teams. My vast experience in working for Cloudera's Professional Services team before joining the CoE was an advantage. It guided me in recognizing the real customer needs and converting them into creative solutions, be it an automated tool or a technical blog. I started off as a software engineer and have assumed different roles in my career such as developer, development database administrator, production support DBA, data architect, manager for database engineering team, solutions architect for big data implementations. These role transitions and collaborative efforts have helped me in mastering various aspects of product solutions architecture, design and development. I can talk confidently about various aspects of the cloud architecture, big-data ecosystem as well as database architecture and design.
