Together with the top management Team, he had successfully turned around Compart and achieved historic high in Revenues and Profits for the Group. Following the success of Compart's Transformation, KC worked extensively with Platinum Equity to prepare Compart for the exit process including CIM, due-diligences, roadshows, and Management Presentation with numerous investors. The Team had successfully divested this portfolio in Dec 2020 with a strong valuation and winning it the "Exit of the Year 2021 Award" from Singapore Venture Capital Association.
