Administration will always be a fundamental part of any project manager’s weekly tasks because it is the tool we use to conduct business ethically. As a project manager, it is a privilege to uncover the stories behind every client I meet; it is educational to learn what they do and what they need in order to serve them better; and ultimately, it is beneficial for a lifetime of partnership on a series of projects. Of course, to achieve these goals I need to maintain a healthy life outside of work so I spend most of my time at home with my wife and daughter or playing soccer (FIFA) on a gaming console as an outlet 😂.
