I have successfully troubleshooted complex issues, performed updates and upgrades, and upgraded VMtools for hundreds of servers and applications. I have also played a key role in fixing the FortiGate firewall security issue for over 100 clients. In addition, I have been assisting and educating all level 1 and level 2 support engineers with relevant technical knowledge and serving as a technical escalation point.
