I also develop and improve the testing algorithm to demonstrate the product performance and won a contract from RIM with 700k/month. For the last 12 months, I am working in Eroad, improve production process and testing. The production volume grown from approximately 100 per week to now meeting the target of 200 per day. And now working toward double up the capacity again. In September, I have been sent to Philippine to setup and qualify the production line for the Eroad electronic contract manufacture. This include tasks such as design in-line test equipment (this is before the trip), assemble and commission the dedicated design electronic testing equipment on site, audit the SMT production line, check and monitor the quality of productions, train local engineers, technicians and operators, negotiate the mutual agreed quality assurance procedures and much more in 2 weeks. At the moment, I am the technical lead in remote support the contract manufacturing and working to transfer the complete production into the contract manufacture so it will be a turn-key solution for Eroad. This will enable Eroad meets higher market demands and save significant in production cost. I'm very open to new ideas and new industries. Apple
