TXB draws its inspiration from the growing movement of Design Thinking in the commercial and social innovation sectors. Working with forward-thinking arts and cultural organisations, it develops research, projects and programmes of work that affect organisational change and deliver meaningful experiences for 21st Century audiences. Lisa regularly runs training and workshops in audience research, brand development and audience experience and is in increasing demand as a speaker and facilitator both in the UK and internationally. A Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a Member of the Market Research Society, she is recognised as one of the UK's leading qualitative researchers specialising in audience experience.
