I did not have a good start with my formal education, my hard work, training and dedication led me to realise how much I enjoy working with the higher educational services in supporting students from diverse backgrounds, ensuring they have an excellent service experience whilst residing in our accommodation. A small part of the service I have been responsible for was providing guidance and pastoral support with the students physical/emotional health issues, development in life skills.in past roles I have created and developed a structured life skills interactive program within the key working process and in partnership with relevant agencies. I also developed and implemented an entirely new referral form, inclusive of the referral procedure and criteria for that organisation The work ethos I initially implemented and consistently promoted was guided within the Every Child Matters framework and social services best practice in line with the regulations of Ofsted. Working well within a team and lone environment, a hard working person with a wide range of approaches, flexible and responsive to individual student needs in a friendly and professional manner. I enjoy working with people on all levels, I would further welcome any training opportunities relevant and further required for the effectiveness of any new post. I feel my main aim and objective is most importantly customer focused and would love to work in a charity environment once more, my main passion.. Chichester College
