  Hello, my name is Logan James and I'm a Texas Tech University alumnus, where I obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering while minoring in Mathematics. During that time I worked primarily as a Maintenance Assistant at the Texas Tech Student Recreational Center and also helped a technology start-up company known as Fire Spike using the skills I learned while in school. I’m currently a Contract Deployment Engineer at TEKsystems and our active client is Amazon Robotics. Now that the formal stuff is out of the way, here are a few extras about me. I'm originally from Texas (born and raised) and have spent time living in Dallas, Corpus Christi, and Lubbock, TX respectively. I currently reside in the Houston area. I've always been a sports fan and involve myself in athletic activities regularly. While in college I picked up breaking (or "breakdancing") and longboarding. I even taught a few classes at the Texas Tech University Recreation. I'm very passionate about the world of engineering and always want to know how things work, down to the last detail. The world of CAD peaked my interest in school, and naturally I dove into learning 3D modeling software programs, such as, Autodesk Inventor and SolidWorks. There's just something amazing to me about being able to take something from idea to reality. I ultimately want to become a Design Engineer who specializes in CAD/3D modeling design and oversees products from start to finish. I'm open to positions in the Mechanical/Design Engineering field and would very much like to land my feet in a company where I can learn, grow, and contribute as much as possible. Ets Lindgren
