I value my family and friends above all else, I work hard everyday to make them proud of me and to maintain the hardworking values that they instilled in me. While attending Augustana College in Rock Island, IL I am working on a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies as well as Business Management with a dual focus in Management and Marketing. My extracurricular activities include the Student Investment Fund; this club is an entirely student run investment group that invests real money in the stock market based on pitches presented by students in the club. I am also the Vice President of Augustana Club Soccer. One of my deepest passions has always been sports, and club soccer gives me the chance to compete in an organized fashion. Outside of school, I like to spend my time on the golf course; both playing and working at Kernoustie Golf Course, though I find myself being a much better greens keeper than player. Working there for the past three summers has given me the chance to learn so many skills that not very many people are exposed to. It has peaked my interest in landscape and given me the aspirations of one day designing and operating my own course. I also enjoy making things out of wood. As a kid I spent a lot of time helping my dad make furniture for our house, and once I was old enough to do it own my own I was hooked. Recently, I have taken up the challenge of making cigar box guitars in my shop, though the process is not yet refined I believe I am close to a breakthrough. Mickle Communications
