I gained experience in the treatment and extraction of both solid samples (by means of MAE techniques, QuEChERS , etc.) or liquid (SPE, SPME), paying particular attention to the optimization and/or automation of the entire process. I specialized on liquid chromatography HPLC/UHPLC (Shimadzu , Dionex , Waters) and MicroLC (Eksigent) techniques coupled with various detectors, paying particular attention to mass spectrometry LC-MS (Sciex , Shimadzu , Waters), both in low and high resolution (QQQ, Q-TOF). Experience in Design of Experiment/Quality by Design (DoE/QbD) approach for the optimization of analytical procedures. I edited the collection of data and their dissemination through participation at international conferences and publications in scientific journals. As a Field Service Engineer I'm supporting customers with onsite installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of company product across LC/LC-MS solutions.
