My academic path allowed me to acquire knowledges in several scientific areas (automation, mechanics, electronics, robotics) and has been mainly focused on the modellation and control of systems. The job as product/process engineer improved my skills on Lean Manufacturing tecnique applied to production lines and to development of useful tools for production and logisty; then i moved in the same industry to the role of R&D Project Leader to focus mainly on the interaction between design and manufacture of the products, on the reliabilty and control logics. Then i assumed also the role of Laboratory Manager, directly following the development of new solutions and all the procedures to validate a product. Actually in the role of Project Manager focusing on devolpment of new technologies and evolution to the use of refrigerant gases with low GWP.
