Luca Fabbri’s Expertise Years of experience in innovation have made me aware of how elusive and difficult it is. We need models (development and organizational), evaluation tools, with intuition and "vision" which remain indispensable to achieve innovative leaps. Using for modeling the "technician" experience, the rationality to quantify ideas, in the most immediate way possible and understandable with "indices", economic and physical, to measure the objectives to be achieved. For vision, more and more we talk about "intangible" aspects and all-around people management to free their energies, towards awareness. Awareness there are parts in our being that must learn to be used: the dimensions of our intelligence that are not traceable to a "Platonic" logic, but to a feeling, both of "heart" and "belly". The stimuli come from all directions, obliging us to squint to "see" possible trajectories observing totally different fields, i.e. arts, extrapolating of artists "visions", often so anticipatory to be valid after centuries, and history interpolating of origins and roots. My luck was a journey that allowed me to meet real "Masters", both working and humanly as well as participating in the World Champions Projects, racing bikes, road bikes, mechatronics and home automation, research and training projects. My future goal is to exploit this path on how "Innovate" (Products, Processes, Organizations....) all around, using my experience and passions to give a form, however "liquid" and changing, to it. Innovation is a state of mind that allows us to welcome "new things". I would be happy to share my experiences and hypotheses about innovation.
