I am extremely self-motivated, have strong inter-personal and leadership skills which I utilise to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard, not only by myself but by others to. I have very good, logical and proven problem solving skills that enable me to respond to breakdowns and plant upsets in a very efficient and safe manner to help ensure down time is minimised. I am able to maintain a calm, level and impartial mind when dealing with any conflicts be it within the team or between my team and others. Ability and knowledge to make concise and quick decisions when required, by continually risk assessing, gathering relevant information and accepting full responsibility for any decision that I make. I have completed a Bachelors of Engineering (honours) degree which I carried out in my own time through the Open University whilst still maintaining full time work commitments. I am constantly seeking to maintain, build and improve my skill set to continually build on my development, which for me is an integral part of any job role I take on. I enjoy new challenges and thrive off responsibility and feel I am able to easily and comfortably adapt to new situations/positions to ensure I complete any new challenges to a high standard and my best ability.
