The Steel rolling mills, Aluminium Extrusion projects in India, Kenya and Zambia and in Australia Companies like CSL (Bio Plasma Division), Solar Systems, Wilson Transformers, Geelong Refinery were few of the clients. Starting my career in BHEL India enabled me to become a techno commercial Engineer. Many of these Project I have done were from concept to commissioning enabling me to look at the Big Picture and successful outcomes. Each project was unique. I have been able to use technology suitable to the local environment and trying to complete these projects on time was always a challenge and nice experience. Each place I received lot of freedom and diverse responsibilities later on, due to my emphasis on Customer focus (Internal and External) and personal initiative in providing solutions. I also had an opportunity in conducting research in the area of nonlinear controls at Swinburne University, the outcomes were implemented by the Industry Partner "ANCA Australia". Manufacturing, Quality Assurance and Management Information System (MIS) compliance, System implementation and Project Management including Testing and Commissioning these manufacturing plants were the back bone of my career so far.
