For thirty years, our predictions of simple things, such as binding affinity, have been consistently wrong and have not shown real improvements. So, what can I do for your project? I am a field guide. I help navigate the 3D world of protein/ligand interactions. My primary task is visualization. I provide the tools to see the SAR at the atomic level. I am also a skilled miner of 3D data bases such the pdb. Finally, I’m mostly honest. I’ll tell you what I know and provide a frank evaluation of where I’m just guessing. After 25 years of work in this field, I’ve gotten used to navigating without knowing where to go. 43 publications, 12 patents 45 structures deposited with the PDB.
