  I started a career within the property industry in 1988, I studied/acquired a diploma in Residential Estate Agency via the National Association Of Estate Agents and the Kings College in London in 1991. I wanted to further my qualifications and in 2019, I qualified as a DEA (domestic energy assessor). In addition I continue to utilise my DEA qualification to provide EPCs for clients. I have extensive experience in residential property (and qualifications), as well as business management, I have lead company expansion, created new divisions and marketing opportunities I have gained many valuable attributes and experiences, some of which include-: * Leadership/management skills. * Former Money Laundering company officer * Sales and Marketing * Excellent communication * Relationship building for recommendations/repeat business. * Expansion of office divisions, premises and mergers.
