I am comfortable asking difficult questions and presenting problems and/or solutions to senior leaders. Similarly I can make and own difficult decisions. I have experience as a trainer, teaching Strength Finders, while managing resources and managers. I have also taught at the collegiate level – where I was asked to update and develop the curriculum. In these efforts, I was required to ensure core concepts were covered, consumed and applied. It was important to understand the learners’ perspective/experiences. Providing them the ability to integrate these concepts into their daily activities, when and where applicable. I have been challenged on many occasion in my professional and personal life.
