The leader only needs to “Measure What Matters” to be able to inspect & adapt fast so that we all can pivot quickly when needed. *Align * The leader’s goals should be visible to all, communicated clearly and transparently to the teams and the people so that they can feed the leader’s goal with their measurable objectives. Connecting all measurable objectives cross-team: top-down ⇄ bottom-up. The Why and the What of the leader needs to be fed by the How of the Teams and Individuals. That’s the only way to progress fast or accelerate in this VUCA world. *Reflect* “We do not learn from experience…we learn from reflecting on experience.”- John Doerr “Reflection trumps agile”- Marc Vandyck Reflection should be done at all times, in any environment (agile or not) and consistently.
