(in Venetian mosaic): Mario Viacava, Ferruccio DeBiasio, Carlo Bazzichi, Bruno Lazzerini. (in onix for obgettistic designer) Bruno Pierini, Davide Pierini and Paolo Ricci. ●As chef, my knowledge of cooking it's began the early 60's when I have started to cook my meals inspired by my childhood memories, where in the family, my great-grandmother, my grandmother with their animals and their produces in the mountains of Pisa interland in Tuscany, and than my mother and my father, all were excellent cooks. Than in the summers I worked in several place. In 1971 I opend a Restaurant, Pizzeria, Bar and later on from 1983 till of the end of the 80's I included an Jazz Club well known at the time, featuring the best of Italian and International musicians. In California, again my cooking knowledge, from 1991 till now, with the catering business that goes 12-14 events per year. Former chef 2010-2018 at Bay Side/MLK.J of SMCSD.
