Because of lack of troop deployments business has been steady. In 2007, I was asked to expand and open a second mall-based office at Ft. Bragg (the largest Army base in the world). In mid-2009 I took a short break from the insurance market to pursue another business with reasonable success. But, I eventually tired of the life on the road and came back home to insurance (and Charleston). I am currently working as a broker in several fields; life, health, supplements, and annuities.
