Marcus Davis’s Expertise I was a Senior Fire Officer and Technician combining 14 years of public service experience with federal, military, and civilian agencies seeks opportunities in Fire Science management, safety, and design or the practical utilization of applications designed for passive and active fire suppression. Special emphasis is targeted for ensuring continuity of operations on a public scale intended to prevent the interruption of critical services necessary to protect the public welfare; property protection to prevent area wide conflagrations; arson and insurance investigation; and the implementation of fire and building codes to successfully mitigate risk of casualty and fatality of human life. I changed roles and focused myself into a new career as a safety/fire professional with the Federal Government. It was a different role than I was accustomed to, but now I am thankful for the chance to start a new chapter in my life. I do miss the fire service, but I have enjoyed this new found role as a Occupational Safety and Health professional. Being able to provide a safe environment for our military veterans has allowed me to give back once again to our fine men and women of our armed services.
