Dance was my redeemer through my own brokenness from emotional, mental, spiritual abuse and trauma as a child and even as an adult. It was a safe place where I didn’t have to be shy about living my life and could actually use my voice without saying a word.  As a PCC Certified Life and Leadership coach, not only do I coach 1:1, but I have spent many years facilitating therapeutic dance floors to tangibly help participants experience THOUGHT AND ACTION and put into practice for every day life.  Not only will it impact your mentality, but it will help align your physical, emotional, and spiritual realities as well to help guide you to transformation.
