I was also able to grow into a mentor and sales skill trainer as a Sales Manager. And I discovered my desire to help better business processes and practices by taking the human factor into planning, development, and training as Sales Operations Manager. In April 2018, I took the opportunity to transition to Human Resources where I could make a bigger impact on the most important resource--people. Now, as the Industry Education Strategist, I am the architect for new hire on-boarding and ongoing training programs to create a fruitful and fulfilling employee experience from Day 1. Leafly
