A 6 year stint as a Research Entomologist in the tropics ended when replaced by a passion for potatoes in 1987. Joined Simplot Australia (2000) and now travel the world seeking improved potato varieties and new bio-technology. Goals: Overall--Challenge the status quo and drive change in a conservative industry. Specifically--Reduce the enviornmental footprint of potato production.
