My early career was spent in brand management with Unilever. I co-founded Brand Learning, a marketing capability agency, in 2000 with Mhairi McEwan and Andy Bird. And in 2008, I co-founded Creative Creatures with Hanne Kristiansen, an exciting and powerful capability tool that maximised the creative potential of both people and processes. Now for MENTAL HEALTH, my side hustle!! In 2018, I published my first book called "Breakdown and Repair". This tells the story of two mental health episodes in my life. Firstly, as a sufferer, when I experienced a mental breakdown in 2001, brought on by stress at work. And secondly, as a carer for my daughter, Emily, who suffered from anorexia nervosa from 2012 to 2018. My long term vision is to help de-stigmatise mental health in the workplace.
