I have transformed the way the Service utilises data, designing extract transform and load (ETL) scripts to connect disparate systems across the organisation to ensure data is available to key decision makers. I have advanced knowledge of SQL databases / querying and have acted as the Services DBO, undertaking maintenance and designing efficient well-run databases. SQL skills have also enabled me to design advanced querying tools to streamline data processing and provide easy to read reporting across a range of bespoke systems. Since moving into a managerial role, I have built and led teams to deliver results and drive the Service forward in development and innovation. Leading from the from the front and accountable for my team I have implemented agile scum methodologies underpinned by DevOps. I have empowered and motivated teams to achieve strategic goal and my vision for cloud computing culminating in the use of Microsoft Azure and the Office 365 tools.
