Massimo Mattioli’s Expertise I have been working in the international TLC market since 1982. I have a technical background in Telecomunications. I started as Switch and Transmission engineer in Italcable. After this interesting experience I had the opportunity to become implementation engineer for big international projects for Telecom Italia Sparkle and TMI. In the 1998 I was recruited from Worldcom to become Operation Manager. After few years I was promoted to Senior operation manager and I took the responsability of all the Operations activities for Italy. I was managing 3 data centres, voice switch, fiber network, IP network, all the critical facilities.More than 20 people were reporting to me.. I have managed one the most important data centre in Europe for Verizon. I was responsible as well for the critical facilities (Aircon, UPS,Chillers, BMS, Physical security etc etc) for the 2 Italian DC and for the Greek one. In September 2015 I took the opportunity to move to Supernap Italia to be the Critical Infrastructure Manager. Now a new challenge is on the way. After 37 years in technical Operation I have made a significant change in my working path moving to sales! My new role is Pre Sales Manager. May the force be with me.....
