The past 8 years have taught me a great deal about the industry, I have learned a lot and progressed within the business. I continued the role of MDS controller along with my learning until August 2011. I progressed within the department after working as and gaining experience in Category, Cisco, Netherlands hardware and Special Bid Buying roles and now have a more profound knowledge and outlook of the industry as a whole. My most recent and present role is Special Bid Buyer for Lenovo where I am currently expanding my knowledge and learning every day. I feel I have excellent communications skills and am always here to help our sales teams to the best of my ability. I am always available to support the business and the people where I can and when I don’t have the time, I make it. Our sales teams are my clients. We have a very strong relationship with all our distributors in the procurement team and I always make an effort with my suppliers to maintain a top level, hard working relationship in which we can grow and improve the business together.
