We focus on the Virtualisation (Citrix, VMware & Hyper-V), Networking, Managed Services, ERP and Unified Communications/IP Telephony vertical sectors and typical clients include Cisco, SDG, Access Group, Proact etc. My responsibilities include: • Improving the operational systems, processes and policies to support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning. • Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency across the three departments within the business. • Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls. • Development of individual performance. • Invoicing across the three departments within the business • Regular meetings with Team Leaders, Finance and HR to maintain and improve processes. • Supervise and coach Team Leaders on a daily and weekly basis.My responsibilities include: • Developing a campaign brief (Proposition, Target Market, Positioning, Route to Market and Qualification Questions). • Preparation of the Pre Qualification, Scope of Works and End of Campaign documentation. • Data Counts, Analysis and Acquisition. • CRM management. • Creating a compelling and deliverable sales pitch which is refined during the campaign. • Arranging the knowledge transfer between the client and the delivery team. • Campaign monitoring and reporting. • Target and ROI measurement. • Quality and compliance.My role objective was generating new business on a national level through pipeline management, account management, cold calling from a sector specific database and industry specific events / advertising. Responsibilities / skills: • Identification of business / investor potential of GP practices, Medical Centres and pharmacies. • Face-to-face negotiations of business, premises and good-will valuations. • Surveying of premises, producing outline site plans and reports to identify revenue potential for Chartered Surveyors and potential investors. • Liaison with Directors, investor groups and individuals to match client to investor requirements.
