I think Recruiters/ Sales people can sometimes get a bad reputation and be accused of only wanting to make money. For me Money is important of course as it makes the world go round, but changing people’s lives and making a real difference is what motivates me to do well, and keep striving to be the best at what I do. I am very much a glass half full kind of person, and always give 100% and go that extra mile in everything I do. I see myself as a strong leader and motivator with experience of managing and running successful sales/ recruitment teams. For me the most important management skill I have learnt is don't dictate to your staff, understand their needs, show that you want them to do well, and listen to them. A manager’s job is to make sure your team has trust and belief in what you are doing, if they trust you they will move mountains for you. To summaries be grateful for everything you have, stay and think positive, and attract the things you want into your life. I live both my professional and personal life this way and know my dreams will come true if I work hard enough for them! I never categories myself, or put myself into typical social stereotypes, I’m me and I will be a success!
