I have been privileged to lead complex change initiatives in large Real Estate and Facilities Management environments, covering strategic planning, design/construction, maintenance/operations, asset management and capex/opex budget/contract management. These change initiatives typically leverage agile management practices and include the implementation of workplace and asset management systems (BIM, PMIS, CAFM, IWMS, CMMS, EAM etc.) as well as a data analytics component to provide executive leadership with actionable information. I am proficient with a broad spectrum of management theories and associated software applications used by building owners to manage facilities and real estate holdings. My academic work revolves around the transfer of Portfolio/Program/Project/Quality management principles (Maturity Models, Lean Six Sigma) into the practice of Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Management, and in the development of coherent and practical BIM standards for post-construction building management.
