As a manager, I have had the honor of leading diverse, multi-generational teams of engineers to overcome setbacks, like prototype test failures, and to triumphs, like aircraft first flight and winning the 2018 Boeing Commercial Airplanes Engineering Team of the Year Award. I have guided the careers of many of my engineers so that they themselves have advanced to become technical and business leaders across the aerospace industry. I find great personal satisfaction in motivating and enabling my teams to success.
