Responsible to ensure the delivery of the required equipment to allow installation of our permanent structure / product. From November 2017 to October 2018, I decided to move to a Risk Manager position to develop a new skill convinced that is a key in successful project management. Since October 2018, I took a position to Deputy project manager / Package manager Flexible and Project control Manager on subsea project DALIA phase 3 with TOTAL as client. Mainly in charge to provide support of the project director to manage the project team (30 PAX) and maintain good client relationship. I have also the responsability to deliver the flexible package and take the role of Project Control Manager as well to ensure project meet its goal (budget, schedule,contract and management of the risks & opportunities) Technipfmc
