My work started off building digital tools for customer service and has evolved into combining personal development technology and digital tools, to help people engage with their life on purpose. I really enjoy getting to the root of why things are happening, so that they can be resolved at the source, not the symptom. This curiosity, combined with the ability to meet people where they are at, allows me to help them overcome their challenge of training, awareness, accountability, and/or communicating their needs in order to course correct to live the best possible version of their life. While practicing these skills on a men’s team, in accountability groups, and as a Lifebook Leader, I’ve stood out as someone that can be trusted to support, listen, challenge, and seek the best in others, and remind them of it. I know I needed some help, guidance, support, mentorship, and coaching when I was struggling. It made the difference between 6 months and 6 years to get out of the rut I was in.
