I take a no-surprises project management approach where open communication and the early identification of risk are the key to success. I am most proud of my track record of managing high performance teams. Right out of college, I managed retail home centers and quickly learned people management skills in a high turnover, seasonal environment. There I developed an eye for talent and deep understanding of open communications and the value of seeking people with diverse backgrounds to not only reflect our customers, but the ability to bring fresh perspectives in providing outstanding customer service.
