Our business has grown, and from 2013 we will be including traditional Cornish Pilot Gig rowing and racing; and a new focus on Team Building days for enterprises of all shapes and sizes. My background includes successful careers in IBM, BSI and BCA where I have undertaken and directed effective strategic change and business improvement programmes.
