Mike Narducci’s Expertise NEXTEP Technology Solutions provides ERP consulting and professional recruiting services, including direct-hire talent placement, staff augmentation and consulting. Founder & President Mike Narducci has been prominent in the ERP space for 25 years, and has been a leader in the SAP space for that entire time. NEXTEP works mainly within the SAP, Workday, Oracle EBS/JDE/PeopleSoft, Microsoft, AWS and MongoDB ecosystems. NEXTEP Technology Solutions recommends business focussed enterprise software solutions to reduce risk, improve business processes and reduce costs. Clients rely on NEXTEP to recommend the latest tools in a number of critical areas, which include enabling secure remote collaboration, PCI & PII tokenization, application test automation, automating content creation for software documentation and training, GRC, data management and controls, and test data migration. NEXTEP recommends the best solutions to meet each client's unique needs. NEXTEP has partnered with some of the hottest software companies since it was founded in 2002, including SAP, Winshuttle, Worksoft, Onapsis, Esker, CardConnect First Data, Wolters Kluwer, Anaplan, Oracle and others. NEXTEP also provides boutique consulting services, utilizing platinum level ERP consultants to deliver end-to-end targeted SAP projects without passing along the bloated overhead of larger firms. Prior to forming NEXTEP, Mike Narducci spent 16 years with Anheuser-Busch, where he held positions overseeing field media systems, national media control, media systems design, and Competitive Media Intelligence. Later, his expertise was leveraged as part of one of the largest SAP implementations in the world at that point, owning the SAP Procurement Configuration functional area as well as SAP Integration across the enterprise. Prior to this, he managed Media Services for Philip Morris' Seven-Up Company and was a Media Planner at Gardner Advertising's AdvAnswers Media/Programming in St. Louis. Mike started the Missouri-St. Louis Chapter of ASUG, the Americas SAP Users Group, in late 1998, and served as chair of the chapter into 2015. Now ASUG’s SAP Career Advocate for entire ASUG membership covering the Americas, Mike advises long-time SAP consultants navigate their careers as SAP continues to evolve in a fast-changing global market.
