I did work as a team leader of the Disaster Management Unit and conducted a number of workshops on Reconstruction of Afghanistan among Afghan refugees residing in different parts of NWFP, Pakistan in 2002. My present assignment with UNHCR Pakistan is to facilitate the paradigm shift of Afghan Refugee health program toward the government health uniform system and establishment of Business Model. Primarily, my strength lies in health system delivery and strengthening, developing, planning, managing, and providing strategic leadership to programs and projects—having a solid record of exceeding expectations and accomplishing top-quality work, even in conflict-stricken, hostile, and challenging environments.
